Who operates this website
Dor Ben Basat operates the AgenticSMS project and this website, flightsmsai.com, and is responsible for the purposes for which website inquiries are processed. AgenticSMS is the project’s trading name; this notice does not represent that a company with that name has been incorporated. Contact the operator through the privacy request form. No telephone or personal email address is published on this site.
What we collect and why
If you send a request, we collect your reply email, request topic, message, any optional name and organization details you provide, your consent, the notice version and submission time. We use these details to answer the request, discuss a requested pilot, provide accessibility assistance, handle privacy requests, maintain a record of the correspondence and protect the form from abuse.
Submitting is voluntary, not a legal obligation. Email and a message are needed to receive a response through this form; optional fields can be left blank. You can read the public pages without submitting a request or creating an account. Requests are not mailing-list subscriptions, and this site does not send automated marketing emails.
Website operation and technical information
Our hosting and security services may receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error or security events to deliver and protect the website. We do not intentionally install advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or marketing trackers. Hosting, security or owner sign-in functions may use necessary technical cookies. We do not control the retention of all infrastructure logs.
Who can receive information
Inquiries are available to the website operator through a protected inbox. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, storage, delivery and related technical services and may process information for those purposes. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where reasonably necessary and legally permitted or required, for example to address a legal request or protect legal rights. We do not sell inquiry details.
This website does not send inquiry messages to an AI analysis model or use them to train a model. Future use of organizational information for a pilot requires separate scope, processing and confidentiality arrangements.
Processing outside Israel
Hosting and storage may involve processing outside Israel. We have not committed to storage in a particular country. The form requests your express consent to the described overseas processing. Applicable legal transfer requirements, including any required recipient commitments, remain relevant; consent does not remove them.
Retention
Active website inquiry records have a 12-month retention limit in the application. Expired records are removed when the application next performs request-driven housekeeping. They may therefore remain until the next application request; there is no separate timed deletion job. The operator can also delete records earlier when they are no longer needed or when responding to an applicable request. Correspondence separately kept for an agreed engagement or legal obligation is subject to the applicable purpose and retention requirements.
Deleted information may remain in infrastructure backups until those backups expire under the provider’s processes. Deletion from active application data is not a representation that every provider backup or legally required record has been immediately erased.
Your requests and rights
You may request access to personal information about you under section 13 of Israel’s Privacy Protection Law and correction under section 14, subject to the law’s conditions. You may also ask for deletion, withdraw consent to further optional contact, or ask a privacy question. Deletion rights are not unconditional; we will consider the request under applicable law and any legitimate retention duties. Additional rights may apply under other laws.
Use the privacy request form and identify the email used for the original inquiry. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information. Please do not submit identity documents or unrelated sensitive details in the form. We will handle requests under applicable statutory requirements.
Information you should not submit
This public site is not an incident-reporting system or a secure channel for operational records. Do not submit aircraft or crew records, health data, confidential incident reports, credentials or information about other people that is not necessary for your inquiry.
Security and changes
The site uses HTTPS, restricted operator access and application-level input and access checks. No internet service can promise absolute security. If our processing changes materially, this notice and the relevant collection notice must be updated before the new activity begins. A revised notice does not retroactively authorize an incompatible new use of information.
